Hit Twinrova where it's weak: their own magic, turned back with the Mirror Shield. In the first phase, Koume attacks with fire and Kotake with ice. Lock on and keep the Mirror Shield raised.

The fight, step by step
In the first phase, Koume attacks with fire and Kotake with ice. Lock on and keep the Mirror Shield raised.
Reflect Koume's fire into Kotake and Kotake's ice into Koume. After several hits, the sisters fuse into Twinrova.
Twinrova fires blasts of fire or ice. Your shield absorbs them, and three blasts of the same element fully charge it.
Don't let a blast of the other element hit a partly charged shield; the stored energy bursts and hurts you. Dodge any attack that doesn't match your charge.
Once the shield is charged, keep it pointed at her to fire the stored energy back. She falls to the floor, stunned.
Run in and slash her, then repeat the absorb-and-release cycle until she falls.
New in the remake: the Hall of Fallen Foes keeps a statue of every enemy you defeat, and lets you rematch some bosses.
